We have a $145 minimum job requirement. Let's say the cleaning of your chair & a small rug only cost $90. You can spend another $55 to meet our $145 minimum OR you can decide to pay our $145 minimum to have your chair & small rug cleaned. The choice is yours! 


High-Rise & Condominium Unload Charge $50 & a $300 Minimum Charge

Our Uh Oh Accident CleaneR kills bacteria left behind from urine & feces. A gallon covers 5 dinner size plates of saturation or approximately 1 room of overall coverage. We can use a black light to determine amount of solution needed.

In Home Rug Cleaning
With our low moisture cleaning solution, cleaning rugs in home has never been easier. We can easily clean them right on top of your hardwood with no damage and they are dry within 2-3 hours. 
Rugs that contain pet stains & odors can be troublesome to properly clean in home and are best cleaned when brought back to our facility.
