We have a $140 minimum job requirement. Let's say the cleaning of your chair & a small rug only cost $90. You can spend another $50 to meet our $140 minimum OR you can decide to pay our $140 minimum to have your chair & small rug cleaned. The choice is yours! 

High-Rise & Condominium Unload Charge $65 & a $250 Minimum Charge

Once your technician arrives he will assess all of your needs and provide you with an upfront price BEFORE he begins cleaning! 

In Facility Rug Cleaning Steps: 

 Step 1: Inspection

We start by inspecting every inch of the rug’s surface, identifying problem areas and selecting the most effective treatment method. Based on the style (like wool, oriental, Persian, sea grass, or antique), we will determine the most appropriate cleaning technique to make sure colors and fibers are not damaged.

Step 2: Industrial Vacuuming

A normal handheld vacuum usually isn’t enough to remove dirt and dust from the interior of the rug. Our high-strength air washing will remove years’ worth of solid buildup.

Step 3: Pre-Treatment

Prior to washing, we use residue free and all-natural CleneR** to prepare the rug fibers for washing.

Step 4: Deep Cleaning

Our signature Deep Clean Encapsulation Treatment agitates solid contaminants on the surface and interior of the rug, extracting even the smallest particles of dirt and dust. The rug is then submerged in a specialized washer that uses multiple cleaning cycles to ensure a totally refreshed rug.

Step 5: Grooming & Re-Inspection

Once the rug dries, our team does a thorough re-inspection of the rug, making sure that all stains have been removed. We perform professional grooming to guarantee the rug looks better than ever.

When your rug is clean we promptly deliver it back to your home.
