Half listening to what was going on around her and the other half listening to Dr. Phil, the voice announced Start—Start—-Start your car is ready.  No one approached the front desk and the service department scuffled around to find the rightful owner.  My daughter saw the technician approach her and he shyly asked, “Is your first name Clene?”  They saw the name Clene Start on the paperwork and thought who would name their child Clene Start?
